2009 POOL RULES & REGULATIONS

ALL MEMBERS MUST SIGN IN AT THE LIFEGUARD STAND
In-town guests:
1. An in-town guest is to be a person living in Morgan County or within
a county which is contiguous to Morgan County, Alabama. (I.e. Cullman,
Limestone, Madison, Winston, Lawrence are contiguous). In-town family
members (immediate) as defined in the By-Laws are not charged. All
other in-town family members are considered guests.
2. No guest will be allowed to use the pool facilities without
arrangements first having been made at the lifeguard station. Members
may bring a different guest Monday through Friday.
3. A fee of $3.00 per guest will be charged to the club member making the reservation.
4. A penalty fee per guest will be charged to any member who does not register all guests.
5. An in-town guest may use the pool facilities once per month.
6. An in-town guest is prohibited on weekends and holidays.
Out-of-town guests:
1. Out-of-town guests are persons whose principal place of residence is
located in a county which is not contiguous to Morgan County, Alabama.
2. Out-of town guests may use the facilities at any time.
3. A member must make proper arrangements.
4. A fee of $3.00 will be charged for each out-of-town guest.
5. Exception: Out-of-town family members – no charge.
Parties:
1. A fee of $3.00 per non-member guest will be charged. Reservations
must be made two weeks in advance of the requested date.
2. No private parties on weekends or holidays.
Miscellaneous:
1. Each time a rule is broken a 10 minute time-out will be issued. If
you are asked more than 3 times to go into time-out you will have to
leave the pool for that day.
2. Only elementary school age children and younger may use the pool slide.
3. Cups from the Snack Bar may not be played with in the pool.
4. All children under the age of 15 must have adult supervision at the
pool. If you leave your child with a sitter, please remind them they
must stay at the pool area with the child.
