Our excellent and accomplished executive chef is Rick Waters. Rick's
culinary offerings are always well received by our membership and by
our wedding and banquet guests. Rick has honed his culinary skills at
a number of schools and fine dining clubs and restuarants, including
the prestigious Greenbriar Resort in West Virginia. Rick serves the
familiar standards of the "meat and potatoes" diners at our club, but
specializes in seasonal and regional specialties with a varied and
changing menu throughout the year. Rick'smenus include everything from
inexpensive small plate items to the most exotic gourmet meal to be
found in North Alabama.
Rick also
handles the scheduling of all banquets, wedding parties,and large party
