I have been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years, working my way up the ladder thru hard work and a commitment to excellence. I have degrees in Hotel & Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts From New England Culinary Institute. I came from Fairfield Plantation Golf Club, located in Villa Rica Georgia where I was their General Manager and had great success in turning around a financially challenged club. I was also the Vice President of Food and Beverage for Merrows Consulting Company, a company that specializes in the restructuring of struggling country clubs. I have also been employed as; the General Manager of 1352 an upscale American Bistro in West Palm Beach Florida, and as Food and Beverage Director / Managing partner of a 50,000 sq ft restaurant and banquet facility in Boston, Massachusetts.
I joined the DCC staff in November and I am strongly committed to building not only a great Food and Beverage Operation but to turn the Club back into a ?Social Hotspot? with plenty of fun events for the members to enjoy starting with complimentary shuttle service to and from the Club on New Years Eve to listen to a great Southern Rock Band coming to play for us from Atlanta. I have also booked a Murder Mystery Dinner theatre January 16th, at 7:00 P.M.
