GUEST POLICY

A non-member golfer, except for tournaments, is a guest of a member. The guest will be represented by the member and will be the responsibility
of that member. The Golf Professional may assume the responsibility of visiting country club members from out-of-town
clubs.

Out-of-town guests are persons whose principal place of residence is located in a county which is not contiguous to Morgan County, Alabama.
These people are welcome at all times.

An in-town guest is a person living within Morgan County or a county which is contiguous to Morgan County, Alabama. The following
restrictions apply: In-town guests may play twice a month. Play on Saturdays and holidays may begin only after 12:00 noon. Play on
Sundays may begin only before 12:00 Noon. A member is not limited to the number of guests he may have each month.

Any exceptions to this guest policy must be approved by the Board of Directors. Definition of a House Guest is a person from out-oftown
staying in a member's home. The fee is one-half of the regular guest fee.

A prospective member may play the course one time without charge and one time only.

telephone. Members may reserve only one tee time at a time.  Several tee times are blocked off for large groups of golfers who regularly play together at a pre-set time.  See
Find A Group To Play With
for information about playing with these groups.  Wednesday mornings have tee times set aside for our lady golfers on their playday.

Only threesomes, foursomes & fivesomes are to tee off between 7:00-1:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The Golf Professional
may use his discretion. No groups greater than five are allowed at anytime during the year. Junior golfers in High School or less are not
