First, join the Culinary team and me and extend a very warm welcome to Joey Langley our new General Manager. I look
forward to working with Mr. Langley and expanding our member services. We are currently working with a comedian
to host a dinner/comedy night as well as a murder mystery dinner.
We will continue with the $.50 wings and $2.00 martinis on Thursday and Saturday evenings. We will celebrate Valentine’s
Day on February 13. Please call the Club to make reservations for dinner. The Culinary team will have a special
menu for the evening. The Valentine’s menu is priced at $49.95 per person and will include a glass of champagne
with dessert and for your added pleasure the Club is presenting Adam Dickenson on the guitar.
Every Tuesday in February we will offer small plates and wine flights. Three small plates for $12.00 paired with three
wines (flight) for $6.00. By popular request we will offer a German Buffet on the 10th. I know this sounds like a broken
record but I am still so pleased with the popularity of the “to go” meals. If your not already on this band wagon then
please jump on.
The two filets for $30.00 was a huge hit so I would love to extend this offer for another month. Two bacon wrapped
filets, baked potatoes, vegetables and salads for $30.00 every Friday night in February.
Family night is the 20th and Craig will entertain the little ones in the sunroom with Wii Golf.
Last but not least is Fat Tuesday February 16th. Please make plans to celebrate Mardi Gras here at the Club. The Lounge
will have special drinks to accompany the Bourbon Street Buffet.
