Country Club offers a beautiful modern clubhouse with excellent dining,
banquet, and meeting facilities, Our club dining facilities are
large enough to offer all the space and amenities our members and outside
groups desire for large parties and banquets, but we also offer smaller, more
intimate dining facilities that are always available and seldom crowded
for smaller functions. Our size makes it easy for all of our members to
meet and greet each other during their visits to our dining facilities, or to
enjoy a quiet secluded meal when desired.
Our dining
facilities include formal and informal dining rooms, a large ballroom, a
lounge, and an outside patio dining area when the weather is suitable.
Weekend evenings during the summer allow casual pool side dining for
the enjoyment of our members.
Our chef,
Rick Waters, has trained at the Greenbriar Resort and has gained
extensive culinary experience at a number of fine dining operations and
clubs. His dining room specials on Tuesday and Wednesday
evenings are very popular with the membership, as are our Sunday
buffets from 11:00 to 1:00. We also serve a wonderful lunch buffet
Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 until 1:30 in the main dining
room. We also offer complete take out meal service for the convenience of
our working and busy members.
Our
facilities are available to members and non-members for wedding receptions,
banquets, parties, and group meetings. Our ballroom can seat 250 for
dinner or accomodate 350 persons for receptions and other stand-up
