Decatur Country Club is the perfect location for your group or charity banquets.
Decatur Country Club offers a beautiful modern clubhouse with excellent
dining, banquet, and meeting facilities.
Our dining facilities include formal and informal dining rooms, a large
ballroom, a lounge, and an outside dining area when the weather is
suitable. Our chef, Rick Waters, has trained at the Greenbriar Resort
and has gained extensive culinary experience at a number of fine dining
operations and clubs.
Our facilities are available to members and, on a limited basis to
non-members, for wedding receptions, banquets, parties, and group
meetings. Our ballroom can seat 250 for dinner or accomodate 350
persons for receptions and other stand-up gatherings. Our golf course
is an excellent venue for golf outings and charity events associated
with your banquets, parties, and social events.

We are delighted you are considering The Decatur Country Club
to be a part of your event.
The Club has three private dinning rooms that can be configured
many different ways. We also have a beautiful ballroom that can be
divided in half for smaller more intimate events. The fall and spring
are wonderful times to take advantage of our beautiful pool area.
The concept of the Club places a special emphasis on personalized
service within an intimate setting. Luxurious amenities and high
quality, cutting edge cuisine create a setting that is ideal for social
occasions at the highest level.
The Decatur Country Club event specialist
will work with you in every aspect of planning and execution of your
gathering to assure everything will be as you have envisioned. The
culinary team is highly qualified to meet your every need. Sample menus
are attached for your review, or Chef will be pleased to tailor make
your menu to ensure an unforgettable event.
Facility Fee
Room Rental Fees: Ball room $600.00, Half Ball Room $300.00 Sun Room or Library $25.00
or together $50.00 Formal Dining Room $50.00 These fees are waived for
DCC member functions if the food and beverage total is equal to or
greater than the room fee.
All functions have a food and beverage minimum which reflects day of week and time of year.
Pricing Guarantee/Menus/Tastings
The
Decatur Country Club continually reviews and updates menus to stay
abreast of the changing market place. However, we will be happy to
honor the menus and prices in place at time of booking. Entrée
selections on all menus are limited to one choice unless dietary or
religious need must be adhered to. It is club policy, in accordance
with local regulations, that no food or beverage may be brought into
the club from an outside source or removed from club premises. Once a
contract has been signed, we will host a tasting for two guests in our
dining room for lunch. We do not host individual tastings for hors
d'oeuvre menus.
Service Charge/Tax
The
standard 18% service charge will be added to all food and beverage and
9% tax will be added to the final account. We are required to collect
an additional 11% tax on hard liquor Decatur Country Club does collect
a $250.00 fee or .50 a slice for Wedding Cakes. This is to cover The
table set up, linen the use of plates and silver.
Miscellaneous Charges
Bartenders-40.00 for two hours 10.00 per hour after

Place Cards-1.50/each, Chef attendant stations-55.00
Dècor
We will assist you with ordering any specialty linens and floral arrangements.
Ceremony
The Decatur Country Club can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated ceremony. The fee is 500.00,
Which includes the set up and breakdown of the chairs. It also allows
the bridal party access to the Club two hour prior to the Ceremony and
30 minutes for the actual ceremony.
Deposits
Decatur
Country Club requires the following deposits to reserve the Ball Rooms.
All deposits are nonrefundable and due at the time of booking. All food
pre ordered food and beverage goes against your deposit. Members 1,500
and Non Members 2,500.
Bringing Food or Beverage onto Decatur Country Club property is prohibited
